What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule your live online session up to 24 hours in advance. Just check your confirmation email — it includes a link to manage your booking. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for live online sessions are available only if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Written tarot readings are non-refundable.
What if I’m late?
Sessions start and end at the scheduled time (CST time zone). If you’re late, the session may be shorter to respect other clients’ bookings.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be canceled without a refund.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Is my information confidential?
Yes, absolutely. Everything you share with me — whether in written form or during a live tarot session — is kept strictly confidential. I do not share your personal information or reading content with anyone under any circumstances.
